Do you provide the right equipment, capable of maintaining my lawn?
We only use high quality commercial mowers maintained with regularly sharpened blades to ensure your grass is cut with precision. Our handheld equipment is also of commercial quality and regularly maintained. This will give your property a manicured look whether it’s the edging around the concrete or the clean fresh look after trimming the shrubs.
Does Garner Turf have a professional appearance?
Yes Garner Turf will show up to your property with a professional truck with logo and professional equipment. Every employee will be wearing a professional looking uniform with logo to help every customer identify us easily at a glance.
Do you require me to sign a contract?
Garner Turf does not require a contract to business with us. If at any time you want to stop service just let us know. We want you to be so happy with our service that you are glad to pay for the service we provide.
Do I need to worry about my gate being left open after you leave?
Absolutely not! The last thing you should have to worry about is the safety of your pets. We will be sure to shut the gate when we leave. This is something that is regularly communicated in our meetings.
Do you guarantee the quality of your work?
If you decide for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of work you receive, we will come back out and fix the problem in question, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. IF you are still not satisfied you will receive a full refund for the service in question. We take the risk out of lawn care.
How will I pay my bill?
You don’t have to worry any longer about leaving a check under the door mat, buying stamps and wondering if you will every get that invoice. We offer the convenience of credit card billing. You can easily go to our website, put a card securely on file or pay by clicking on the pay now button on your invoice emailed monthly.
Are you going to answer the phone and get back to me in a timely manner?
Yes, we will not make you wait for a response. If we happen to miss your call, just leave a message and you can expect a call back immediately.
How will I know which day you will service my lawn?
We know how important it is to have a lawn service that cuts the yard on a predictable schedule. Our crew will be out on the same day every week unless weather has interrupted our schedule.
